We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your products within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via phone or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items you wish to return, including any promotional gifts if applicable, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix your preferred shipping label and drop the package off at a local carrier facility; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and processed at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
